What is the cost to order the Xapo Debit Card?

All Xapo cards, including our premium Metal card, are free to order for all clients who joined Xapo or renewed their membership since September 25th, 2024. For all other clients on the old plan, there is a charge of $89, which covers manufacturing and delivery. This fee will be conveniently debited from one of your accounts with us each time you request a new card or any subsequent reissues.

How much does it cost to replace the physical card if it has been damaged or lost?

We will replace your first card free of charge within a calendar year. Subsequent replacements are subject to a $25 USD fee to cover the shipping costs of the replacement card.

Can I request the Card before I pay for my membership?

No, the Xapo card is only available to customers who have paid their annual membership. If the card is available in your country, you will see an option on the app, but you will be asked to activate your membership before you can order it.
