What is the referral rewards offer?

We are launching a limited-time referral promotion. Members who refer new members between March 13th, 2025, and April 12th, 2025, will receive an increased referral reward of USD 42 per month for the next 12 payment cycles if they meet the eligibility criteria.

How is this different from the regular referral reward program?

The regular referral reward offers USD 4 per month. During this promotion, existing members can earn USD 42 per month for 12 months for each referred member who starts the application and pays their membership fee.

Can new referred members earn the promotional reward?

Yes, referred members during the offer period will now earn the limited-time offer referral reward of USD 42 per month, provided they meet the eligibility requirements.

What are the eligibility criteria for receiving the increased reward?

Both the referring member and the referred member must meet these requirements:

• Maintain a minimum balance of USD 5,000 at least once during the cycle.

• Ensure the membership fee has been paid for the month.

What happens if I don’t meet the eligibility criteria for a specific cycle?

If you or your referred member does not meet the eligibility criteria for a specific month, you will not receive the reward for that month. However, eligibility in the next month will allow you to receive the reward again.

What if the referred member doesn’t pay the membership fee or meet the balance requirements?

If the referred member doesn’t meet the eligibility requirements, the referring member will not receive the reward for that month. Both members must meet the eligibility criteria to receive the reward.

Can I earn increased rewards for referred members who joined before the promotional period?

No, the increased reward applies only to members referred during the promotional period (March 13th, 2025 – April 12th, 2025) who start the application and pay within this timeframe.

How will the increased reward be paid?

The increased reward of USD 42 per month will be paid monthly over 12 cycles, provided the eligibility criteria are met.

When will I start receiving the increased referral rewards?

The increased rewards will be added starting with the first eligible month after the referred member successfully onboards and pays during the promotional period.

How long does the promotional reward last?

The increased referral reward of USD 42 per month is valid for 12 payment months from the date the referred member becomes eligible.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer during this promotion?

There is no limit. You can refer as many people as you like, and you will receive an increased reward for each referred member who meets the eligibility criteria during the promotional period.

What is the total amount I can earn during the promotional period?

If you meet the criteria every month for a full 12 months, you can earn a total of USD 504 per referral, paid in monthly installments of USD 42.

Will I still receive referral rewards after the 12-month promotional period ends?

After the promotional period, the reward will revert to the regular USD 4 per month, provided eligibility requirements are met.
