Where can my Xapo Bank card be delivered?
We will only deliver the card to the verified address linked to your account. If you want it delivered elsewhere, you will need to update your address in the Personal Information section of your app.

How can I see my card's shipping status?
We will notify you once we have shipped your card. You will be able to track its delivery via the Xapo Bank app by navigating to the Card section and tapping Track card

How long will it take for my Xapo Bank card to arrive?
Xapo Cards are sent globally from our personalization plant in the UK. Delivery of the physical card takes around 10  business days, depending on your location. Once the card is shipped, we will notify you so that you can track its delivery.
