What are the requirements for proof of address?

The document you submit to prove your address must clearly display the following:

1. Your full name,
2. Your residential address (including house number if applicable),
3. The name or logo of the issuer,

Handwritten proof of address, screenshots, or photos of the document displayed on screens will not be accepted. We will only accept valid documents such as the original PDF, or photos of the original paper document. Please ensure that the entire content is visible, including the 4 corners.

We accept the following documents:

1. Gas, water, electricity, phone, or internet bills (less than 6 months old)
2. Bank account statements / Bank issued credit card statements / Bank Mortgage statements (less that 6 months old)
3. Rental Agreement / Home Insurance Policy (up to the expiry of the period)
4. Government National ID
5. Government Driver´s license
6. Government-issued National Health Card
7. Government-issued Personal or Property Tax Bill (up to 1 year, if the period is 12 months)
