I forgot my account PIN. What do I do?

If you forget your Xapo PIN, you can reset it. On the screen where you are prompted for your PIN, you will see a "Forgot?" option in the bottom-left corner. Select it, and we will send a link to your email that will prompt you to validate your identity.

Once your identity is validated, you will be asked to set a new PIN - enter a new combination to complete the process. We advise having a different PIN than your device's PIN as a security measure.
