How do I close my account?

If you wish to close your account, you can do so by following these simple steps within the app:

1. Open the app and go to your Profile.
2. Navigate to Account Details.
3. Select I want to close my account.
4. Follow the instructions to withdraw your funds (if applicable) and complete the account deletion request.

If you encounter any issues, you can also contact our customer support team via in-app chat to request account deletion. Alternatively, you can email [email protected].

Please be sure to withdraw all your funds from your Xapo account before reaching out to us to close your account.
