How do I report a lost/stolen/damaged Xapo Bank card and order a replacement?
If your card is lost or stolen, or you just do not know where it is, you should immediately freeze it to ensure it cannot be used without your permission.

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
We recommend that you contact us via the Xapo Bank app. However, if you do not have access to the app, you can and need to reach us for urgent support, by calling our IVR number at +350 200 77714.
