How do I set my Xapo Bank card PIN?

You will set your Xapo Card PIN during your application for the card. To do so:

1. Log in to the Xapo app and navigate to the Card section

2. Tap the Order my Xapo Card button

3. Confirm or change your card’s shipping address

4. Enter your four-digit PIN and hit Continue

5. Confirm your PIN by re-entering the same four digits and selecting Done

6. You are all set!

We advise that you use a combination that is not easy to guess. Avoid birthdates, addresses, repeating digits (e.g. 5555), and numerical sequences (e.g. 1234). If the PIN you are attempting to set is too simple, we will prompt you on that during the process.
