There is no definitive list of what type of document we consider acceptable - it depends on the source of your wealth. Please note that you do not need to translate documents that aren't in English. Here are some examples of the documents we can accept:

1. Employment

  • Bank statement: A recent statement in your name showing savings accumulated from salary and income
  • Tax Returns: The latest tax return filed with tax authorities if it shows overall wealth and annual income.

2. Business Income

  • Financial Statements: Audited or certified financial statements of the business, with a clear link evidenced between the business and you.
  • Tax Returns: Latest Business tax filings indicating revenue and profits and evidence of your company ownership.

3. Investments

  • Investment Portfolio Statements: Recent statements from financial or investment institutions in your name detailing investments held and the value of your portfolio.
  • Dividends Receipts: Recent records of dividends received from investments.
  • Property Sale Contracts: Legal documents confirming the sale of property and proceeds received.
  • Property portfolio: Evidence of properties held and valuations.

4. Sale of Assets

  • Sale Agreements: Contracts or agreements where you are clearly identifiable as a party to the agreement for selling high-value assets such as property, vehicles, or art.
  • Bank Statements: Recent statements in your name showing the receipt of funds from the sale of an asset.
  • Valuation Reports: Independent valuations of the assets sold.

5. Inheritance

  • Will or Probate Documents: Legal documents confirming details of the inheritance received.
