Your Xapo Bank account is activated once your annual fee is debited. Within 14 days of account activation, you are eligible for a full refund of the annual fee paid. If you request a refund after this time, you will receive a partial refund for the remaining period left until the next annual fee is due to be paid for account renewal.

Please be aware that a refund request will also lead to your account being closed.
