If your card is lost or stolen, or you just do not know where it is, you should immediately freeze it to ensure it cannot be used without your permission.

If your card is lost or stolen, or you just do not know where it is, you should immediately freeze it to ensure it cannot be used without your permission.

If you do not have access to your app, you can also freeze your card by calling our IVR number at +350 200 77714.

If you believe your card may have been used fraudulently, please fill out our dispute form and send it to [email protected].

For a lost, stolen or damaged card, you can request a replacement directly from the app.

To block your card and request your replacement card:

  1. Log in to the Xapo app and navigate to the Card section
  2. Tap Freeze card
  3. Tap Lost or stolen
  4. Select Replace Card
  5. Confirm your card If your card is lost or stolen, or you just do not know where it is, you should immediately freeze it to ensure it cannot be used without your permission. 's shipping address. If you have to change your shipping address, please go to Settings/Personal information and change your home address.
