We will notify you once we have shipped your card. You will be able to track its delivery via the Xapo app by navigating to the Card section and tapping Track card

How can I see my card's shipping status?

We will notify you once we have shipped your card. You will be able to track its delivery via the Xapo app by navigating to the Card section and tapping Track card. If you are unable to find your tracking number here, we will share it with you via email instead.

This redirects you to the carrier’s website, where you can check the status of your parcel. In some countries, the carrier uses local partners, so get the most up-to-date status by checking the Continue tracking option where available. You can also set delivery notifications on the carrier's website.

We provide an estimated delivery date in the Xapo app. If the counter hits zero, and you still have not received your card, check the tracking link for more accurate information.
